Terms of Service – Functional Medicine

This website, FMEnergyCenter.com is a Functional Medicine Energy Center (“FMEC”) site for clients who have purchased access to a FMEC practice platform, (including FMEC resources), and have access an I&FM Program Agreement. Payment for access is required. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited. FMEC practice platform content is provided as part of an Integrative and Functional Medicine Program and should be used only under the direction of the FMEC practice platform’s provider.

FMEC is not responsible for FMEC practice platform content or any consequences of implementing any platform content. User holds harmless FMEC for the use of FMEC practice platform content.

All terms of the I&FM Program Agreement apply to the terms of service and use of this website, including.

Payment for FMEC practice platform access is paid monthly, starting on the date platform access is purchased.
FMEC practice platform access renews monthly.
FMEC practice platform access must be cancelled in advance of renewal.
Once a I&FM Program Agreement is executed, no refunds will be provided, even if users do not access the FMEC practice platform.

FMEC reserves the right to refuse FMEC practice platform content access at their sole discretion, including but not limited to third-party practice management companies. FMEC practice platform access is limited to the individual executing the I&FM Program Agreement. Sharing FMEC practice platform content and/or access is grounds for immediate termination of the I&FM Program Agreement and FMEC practice platform access, (with no refunds given).

FMEC practice platform content is purchased on an “as is” basis. Additional content shall be provided at the sole discretion of FMEC. Existing FMEC practice platform content may be added, altered or removed at any time. The sole remedy of dissatisfaction with FMEC practice platform content and content changes is cancellation of the I&FM Program Agreement.

FMEC practice platform access may be discontinued at any time with no further payments accepted. FMEC may change the price of FMEC practice platform access to be effective on sign up or renewal, with notice given to renewing clients at least ten (10) days in advance.

The laws of the state of Nevada shall govern an disputes or issues related to all relationships with FMEC and the FMEC site, the construction of the terms used and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties hereto.
